Dr. Beth Lundby
Dr. Beth Lundby grew up in East Grand Forks, MN. From a young age, she suffered from severe headaches and after many different medical approaches including medications and a CT scan to rule out a brain tumor her family chose a more natural approach by using massage therapy and chiropractic care. It was then that her interest in natural healthcare was sparked. After graduating from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, she was accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. It was there she was introduced to the wonderful world of upper cervical chiropractic care and it changed her life. She knew this was what she was meant to do.
With her husband John, they set out for Washington state to study the Blair technique even further. The results that patients receive with this care still amaze her. She is excited to spread the word about upper cervical chiropractic care and share her passion for this unique form of healthcare. James Mason
James will be graduating from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in February 2026. He is a second generation upper cervical chiropractor, and his upper cervical journey began when he was 6 hours old and received his first upper cervical correction from my father. Being under consistent Upper Cervical Chiropractic care his whole life has fostered an appreciation and understanding of this specific discipline of chiropractic as well as the incredible ability of the body to heal, adapt and flourish when the nervous system is functioning properly.
Since 2022, he has attended Palmer with an emphasis on Blair Upper Cervical and was fortunate enough to have been the president of the Blair club on campus for two years, teaching the Blair technique to students, as well as attending numerous extracurricular Blair seminars, and seeing patients exclusively with the Blair technique for the past year in Palmer’s student and outpatient clinics. He is beyond excited to serve the community and provide this specialized and life changing discipline of chiropractic. |

Jessie Lenertz
Jessie is the office's chiropractic assistant and is originally from Carson, ND.
She is always ready to welcome people into the office with a smile. When she's
not in the office, Jessie enjoys painting and diving into the history of old western
towns most notably Deadwood with her husband Travis. She most recently
became a grandma, and her grandson Jace is now her favorite member of the
family "by far". With over 7 years experience, she is your go to for all billing,
scheduling, or general questions or concerns.
